At the same time, after the mold is closed, the mold is supplied with sufficient locking force to resist the mold pressure generated by the molten plastic entering the mold cavity, preventing the mold from opening and opening, resulting in the unfavorable status quo of the product. Composition of the die closing system: the die closing system is mainly composed of the die closing device, the machine winch, the die adjusting mechanism, the top out mechanism, the front and rear fixed template, the moving template, the die closing cylinder and the security protection mechanism.
The function of hydraulic transmission system of hydraulic system is to realize the power of the injection molding machine according to the various actions required by the process, and to meet the requirements of pressure, speed, temperature, etc. of each part of the injection molding machine. It is mainly composed of various types of hydraulic components and hydraulic auxiliary components, in which oil pumps and motors are the power sources of injection molding machines. All kinds of valves control the pressure and flow of oil and liquid, so as to meet the requirements of the injection molding process.
The electrical control electrical control system and the hydraulic system cooperate reasonably to realize the process requirements(pressure, temperature, speed, time) and various program actions of the injection machine. It is mainly composed of electrical appliances, electronic components, meters(see the following figure on the right), heaters, sensors, etc.. There are generally four types of control methods, manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic, and adjustment.
The heating / cooling heating system is used to heat the cartridge and the injection nozzle. The injection cartridge is generally used as a heating device, installed on the outside of the cartridge, and tested by thermocouple sections. Heat provides heat source for material plasticization through tube wall heat conduction; The cooling system is mainly used to cool the oil temperature. If the oil temperature is too high, it will cause a variety of faults. Therefore, the oil temperature must be controlled. Another place to be cooled is near the feed outlet of the feed pipe to prevent the raw material from melting at the feed outlet, causing the raw material to fail to discharge normally.
Lubrication system Lubrication system is a circuit that provides lubrication conditions at the moving parts of the injection molding machine, moulding device, connecting rod hinge, shooting table, etc., in order to reduce energy consumption and improve the life of parts. Lubrication can be a regular manual lubrication. It can also be automatic electric lubrication;
Safety Monitoring The safety device of plastic mechanical injection molding machine is mainly used to protect the safety of human and machine. It is mainly composed of safety doors, safety baffles, hydraulic valves, limiting switches, and photoelectric detection components to achieve electric-mechanical-hydraulic interlocking protection. The monitoring system mainly monitors the oil temperature, material temperature, system overload, as well as the process and equipment failure of the injection molding machine, and indicates or alarms the abnormal situation.
