Influencing factors of two kinds of isolation films which are not easy to be opened
First: the temperature of discharge of the rolled material exceeds the tolerance temperature of the isolation film. At the time of production, all kinds of products have required corresponding different discharge temperatures, and some manufacturers 'production lines are difficult to achieve the required discharge temperatures without cooling equipment, as long as the isolation film does not shrink or burn. In this case, it is difficult to produce the coil isolation film to play an isolation role. Second: the production of coil can not be timely cooling treatment. After the rolled material comes out of the oil pan, it needs to go through several cooling waters to perform a flexible cooling process. Sometimes the cooling water will be relatively high, and the cooling treatment of the rolled material surface can not be timely, resulting in the rolled material being at a high temperature for a long time. Makes the film unopened.
Third, the temperature caused by Xiajishigong is not easy to uncover. In summer, due to the high temperature outside, self-adhesive coil can easily absorb heat because it is black, and the surface temperature of the coil can reach 60-70 °C during construction. Some sites have poor storage conditions. If they are placed under the sun, they can easily tilt because of high temperature; Both of these conditions will make it difficult for the film to be lifted.
Problems in the Production and Construction of Self-adhesive Waterproof Rolls
There are two main kinds of isolation materials used for self-adhesive waterproof rolls. In summer production and construction, these two kinds of rolls are prone to uncovering the film, which seriously affects the production progress and construction progress.
If the film can not be opened during production, it is greatly affected by the discharge temperature of the adhesive material. If the temperature exceeds 160 °C, the Silicon oil on the PE isolation film will dissolve with the oil in the self-adhesive material and lose isolation. The cooling effect of the coil is based on the thickness of the product, the speed of the production line, the cooling status of the equipment, the climatic conditions, or the ambient temperature. If the rolled material is produced under slow cooling conditions, the adhesive surface will appear 0 ~ 0.06 mm deep wave texture. If the coil is produced under cold conditions, the surface layer will appear with a surface depth of 0 to 0.15 mm and a width of 0.05 to 0.08 mm Grand Canyon. This shows that both cooling effects are problematic. Therefore, the roll material needs a flexible cooling process. When the temperature of the roll material is controlled at 40 °C before the roll, the film opening state is good.
During summer production, remember that the formula can not be too sticky to meet the requirements of the indicators. Because the summer temperature is too high, the high temperature requirement for self-adhesive rolls is 70 °C, and the surface temperature is between 60-70, while the coil is a black heat absorption index, so if the coil is stored in the open air, the temperature is high. If it is too sticky, the isolation film can not be easily opened, causing great difficulty in construction.
The reason for the formula.
The excessive amount of oil used in the formula or some waste machine oil, etc., is easily precipitated in the short period of time when the produced coil material is stored, and the extracted oil will lead to a decrease in the viscosity of the coil material. On the other hand, it will react with the Silicon oil on the isolation membrane, which will reduce the isolation and will not open the membrane.
Reasons for the isolation membrane
Due to the low temperature resistance index of PE isolation film, the drying temperature of coated Silicon oil can not be too high
If the discharge temperature exceeds the drying temperature of the Silicon oil at the time of production, the silicone oil of the gel will be compatible and lose isolation.
Impact of the construction environment
In summer, the external temperature is high, and the heat absorption index of the coil material itself is high. If the coil material is exposed to sunlight on the construction site, the surface temperature of the coil material can not easily be opened when it reaches about 40-50 °C. When the construction is even more serious, the rolled material needs to be pasted on the concrete. After exposure and the surface temperature of the concrete, the rolled material can easily reach about 50-60 °C. At this time, it is even more difficult to remove the film.
When producing self-adhesive rolls in summer, special attention must be paid to the discharge temperature and the temperature of cooling water during production. After production, the coil material should be modeled after the construction site to prevent the phenomenon of uncovering the film at the site.
